Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve managing commercial projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

3. Coordinate with other project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

4. Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.

5. Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as required.

6. Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

7. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

8. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring that project expenses are within budget.

9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

2. Experience managing electrical projects, preferably in a commercial setting.

3. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
