Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to provide maintenance and operational support for multiple Salesforce Orgs.



Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support for applications, resolving production issues and bugs
Manage all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for existing and new applications
Support enhancements, testing, and documentation, including user management and API integration


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum five (5) years of experience in applying analytical processes on IT projects, with at least three (3) years in business systems analysis and design
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field; additional experience may substitute for education
At least three (3) years of experience providing business/requirement analyst support for complex technical solutions
Experience in business design and process documentation, system issue resolution, and business data analysis
Ability to provide at least two (2) current references from similar engagements
