Job Description:

Seeking experienced HVAC Journeyman with heavy commercial market background to work with advanced equipment.
We offer factory certification, milestone recognition, and monetary rewards through our Service Technical Academy (STA).
Union Journeyman must be skilled craftsmen with a minimum of five years of practical experience in HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and mechanical equipment service.
Massachusetts Refrigeration License is Required
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Work with advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment.
  
• Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
  
• Repair centrifugal, steam turbines, and absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers, and ammonia systems.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Massachusetts Refrigeration License
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    
  • Five years of commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
    
  • Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification.
    
  • Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Already a member of the Local Union (Boston 537).
      
    • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
