Account Executive
We are excited to offer the opportunity for driven and passionate individuals to join our team as Account Executives. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, connecting families with essential care services as they transition from hospitals or skilled nursing facilities. As a vital part of our growth, you will handle lead generation, account management, and help families in urgent need to find the right senior care options, ensuring a smooth transition and superior care continuity.
Compensation: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work diligently within a fast-paced healthcare industry, aiding families to locate and secure appropriate community or in-home care post-hospital discharge
  • Achieve monthly targets by generating qualified patient referrals from your designated market plan accounts
  • Expand your book of accounts, enhancing referral volume by fostering new and existing relationships
  • Engage in networking, executing cold calls, and conducting service presentations to cultivate new contacts within each account
  • Educate families on their care options, liaising closely with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to facilitate ideal care solutions
  • Spearhead initiatives such as account scoring and CRM optimizations, providing valuable feedback on new processes

    Minimum Position Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • At least three years of proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
    • Experience in presenting to and engaging with clients to overcome objections
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
    • Must be willing to travel locally up to 5 days a week

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Prior experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly preferred
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Salesforce CRM

        Skills:

        • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
        • Robust time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently
        • A competitive and learning-oriented mindset
        • Capability to independently test and pilot new tools and processes, with a proactive attitude towards feedback and improvement
        • Excellent networking abilities to build and maintain relationships
