As a Staff Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying data science and ML models to revolutionize our business and transform the customer's experience of Food For Work. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop personalized customer models, solve complex problems, and set the direction for data science initiatives across the organization.What You'll Do:

• Be the thought leader for elucidating and demonstrating the business opportunities that can be solved with applying advanced Data Science models to ezCater's business.
• As an individual contributor, lead the design and implementation of advanced statistical and data science models across ezCater's growing business.
• Advance innovation and improvements to the analytics techniques, approaches, and processes used across the company.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Use advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Modeling and Optimization: Develop, apply, and optimize models using techniques in data science and optimization.
• A/B Testing: Design, implement, and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes on user engagement.
• Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast user behavior and identify trends.
• Machine Learning Model Integration: Partner with our ML team to integrate customer-centric data science models into the customer experience.
• Experimentation and Analytic Innovation: Explore new data sources and technologies to enhance data science capabilities.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other data scientists, analysts, engineering, product, and business teams.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with developments in data science and machine learning.What You Have:
  • Background in B2B/B2C marketplace or e-commerce environments.
  • 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with big data tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Proven track record of deploying and maintaining data science & machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
