Job Description:
A company is looking for a Home Service Representative
Coordinator to manage field installers and ensure timely service
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain communication with field installers for
efficient service completion
Monitor and manage open jobs, ensuring proper documentation and
follow-up
Verify and process accuracy of field installer invoicing
submissions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and in
teams
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
