We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic and innovative healthcare team in Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality primary care in a fast-paced and diverse environment. Work closely with mid-level providers, social workers, and case managers to deliver comprehensive patient care. Serve as a key player in our patient-centered approach to healthcare, focused on improving outcomes and health equity. Compensation & Benefits: $220,000 - $258,824 plus benefits package, sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs. What We're Looking For: Massachusetts licensure and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board-eligible candidates are welcome, as long as you're on track to get certified A team-oriented professional with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole is highly desirable, enabling you to communicate and connect with our diverse patient population.
