We are a community mental health clinic located in Brockton, Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide the highest quality mental health services tailored to the needs of each client. We are seeking a community-based family therapist who can play a crucial role in upholding our clinic's standards and those of the Massachusetts Community Behavioral Health Initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed psychotherapy services to a caseload of clients and their families dealing with mental and behavioral disorders. As a member of our Outpatient or CBHI department, you will be an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with Community-Based and Outpatient Services Providers. You will report directly to our Program Manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team. What You Will Do: Collect information from people through observation, interviews, or surveys. Counsel clients on mental health or personal achievement. Diagnose psychological disorders. Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies. Collaborate with collateral providers and community resources ensure client satisfaction. Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients or about client's safety Provide case management and support to client and team members as needed Attend all company trainings and commit to continuing education opportunities in the field of beahvioroal Health What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Master's Degree Clinical Counseling Family Therapy Clinical Social Work Marriage and Family Therapy Behavior Intervention Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Treatment Anxiety Individualized Education Program Group Counseling Psychological Assessment Therapeutic Communication Community Health Special Needs Mental Health Assessment Clinical Psychology Masters Why You'll Love Us: Welcome to TJocelyne Counseling & Consulting LLC.
