Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Strategic Sourcing, SES
Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and administer supplier contracts, focusing on cost
savings and supplier development
Manage a mid-sized team of commodity buyers and support their
training and development
Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations and assist
with internal/external audit activities
Required Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant
experience, or a Master's with 3+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and experience with
various contract types
Experience in government, municipal, or commercial contracts
preferred
CostPoint experience preferred
