A company is looking for a Program Manager, Tax Operations to
enhance operational processes and support for tax compliance
products.
Key Responsibilities
Build and improve support for product and process launches through
cross-functional collaboration
Manage milestones and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional
initiatives
Analyze data to monitor user support trends and drive product
improvements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in operational, product, consulting, or
project management roles
Experience in scaling user experiences and designing operational
processes
History of executing complex operational projects with diverse
teams
Proficiency in SQL, Splunk, or equivalent query languages
preferred
PMP certification or relevant business management certifications
preferred
