Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Program Manager to
lead the delivery and execution of critical implementations and
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Organize resources, manage timeframes, and monitor ROI for complex
cross-functional project delivery
Communicate program achievements, challenges, and risk mitigation
to diverse stakeholders
Provide mentorship and coaching to a high-performing project
management team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of health care management and/or consulting
experience
8+ years of project management, client management, and/or program
management experience
Expert knowledge of MS Office products
Previous health care knowledge in areas such as provider systems or
health plan operations
Preferred working knowledge of project management applications like
AdaptiveWork, Confluence, or JIRA
