Job Description:
A company is looking for an External SEC Financial Reporting
Professional to participate in the preparation of financial
statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare periodic financial statements and ensure compliance with
government regulations and professional standards
Maintain and adapt SOX control environment processes and
documentation
Conduct research and analysis on new accounting standards and lead
special projects involving cross-functional partnerships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA certification
4-7 years of technical experience in GAAP and SEC Reporting
Big Four public accounting experience (preferred)
Oracle FCCS experience (preferred)
