Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims & Billing Specialist to join
their Revenue Cycle Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property billing processes and coordinate with external
stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Monitor payment collections and follow up with stakeholders to
ensure timely payments
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to
billing and invoicing
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable,
or revenue cycle management
Prior exposure to the insurance and/or construction industry is
preferred
Familiarity with software and tools such as Hubspot, Google Suite,
Zoom, and Slack
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance,
or related field is preferred but not required
Experience in the roofing, restoration, or construction industry is
strongly preferred
